Long time I don't submit any Space Art.
Well, any of my submitions are going really slow lately. Not lately, but I believe fast artworks never goes well. That's why I work a little bit in the day, WHEN I work in something.
Lately my inspiration sources has grown with movies, musics, and obviously other deviations.
Ok ok, I'm really tired now and there should have a lot of grammar errors, so, please tell me.
Ok lets talk about this piece.
The name talks about some way to the knowlegment. It's about the discovery of new tasks on the universe by these ships, probably in the future, when we or any other kind of intelligent life makes temporary bases and hangers on asteroid to get rid of unnwanted enemies and to work as a spacial laboratory, right aside the research elements 8D
I'm not used to make stories to my pieces. Don't know if someday I'll.
Please, any kind of comment is appreciated, but I personally prefer critics
>>>EDIT:
Tweked everything.
Majority changes in new planets in the background and new cluster and dust formations (a bit brighter starfield)
Truly a nice piece I must say. These rocks are nice, and among with the spacecrafts it adds some depth to the picture, some motion and life.
Maybe the space could have used some more work, looks a bit anonymous (although it could be the computer - Im on an internet cafe) , maybe fewer stars, but overall a nice go. Congratulations
Thank you very much! ^^
I wanted to keep the negative space atmosphere, because since the beggining I wanted a dark scene to easier feature the planet with the asteroids and the ships. Got it? A bright background would hide these details
Yea, I worked hard to get a good idea of depth, something that I hadn't in my last space scenes.
I don't understand wath do you mean with "anonymous" starfield (to get all the starfield details you gotta be on a dark room) and why I should use fewer stars.....

Across the globe, 27 million men, women, and children live in some form of slavery. That is more people at this moment than in all the centuries of the Atlantic Slave Trade. Something must be done. This contest serves two purposes: Raising awareness about human trafficking and raising funds for the Not For Sale organization.
Open to all mediums. Deadline is March 10, 2010 @ 11:59pm PST.
